Mark Preetorius is a 23-year resident of Cherokee County. His career includes 30 years serving as retail, district, and regional managers for The Kroger Co. Since 2015, Mark has been a multi-unit franchisee for Massage Envy, receiving the award for National Franchisee of the Year in 2021. He has served as Vice President of the Falls of Cherokee HOA for the past 19 years. Mark and his wife, Charlene, have been married for 45 years, and they have 1 daughter and 2 grandchildren. Since the re-formation of Keep Cherokee Beautiful in 2021, Mark has served as Board Chairman. Representing his HOA, Mark adopted a mile of Sixes Road. At Christmastime each year, Mark’s Christmas light display attracts hundreds of visitors as well as donations to Must Ministries.
